- Milk. The warm milk relieves the indisposition in the belly. Mix some honey with milk to help keep the stomach lining smooth.
- Carambola seeds. An effective and quick remedy is to roast a teaspoon of carambola seeds in a pan. Let the seeds cool and crush them. Then, mix them with a pinch of salt. This is an effective remedy to treat stomach pain and also, relieves gas.
