I could go on and on adding these pictures, because Kendall really does have an arsenal of perfect images ready for the world to see, and I’m happy to share them with you.

Kendall Jenner might not be the most wealthiest in the family, but she sure has made a fortune doing what she loves which is modeling and being a social media influencer and inspiring the world.

Of course she has always been skinny but that is no accident.

She takes care of her body just as much as the next person with a stunning physique and I’m about to show you how she achieves it.

14 Ways Kendall Jenner Achieves Such a Killer Physique

Lets face it, the Jenners and Kardashians are mostly quiet about their workout routines and diet plans, but Kendall is probably the most lowkey of them all.

She does not share much about how she achieves such a rocking body, but fortunately she has given us some information that I’ve managed to dig up.

This is how Kendall Jenner creates perfectly sculpted abs, and if you follow her method and never give up, you can achieve just as much success!

1. She works out on a daily basis and doesn’t make excuses

Kendall isn’t always with her personal trainer, probably because she’s always travelling and you know, being a model, so she needs a quick and easy home workout routine to get her fired up and runway ready at the flick of a switch.

Her home routine takes 11 minutes (1 set) and works the entire body but mainly focuses on abs, which is going to have your core on FIRE.

When it gets easier, do 2 sets, then 3 sets, etc.

2. She eats in moderation

You read that correctly, attaining such a fine physique does NOT mean you have to starve yourself.

If you can maintain a healthy diet 90% of the time, 10% of the time you can eat something you love without feeling guilty or thinking you’ve totally fallen off of the wagon, because that is not true.

Kendall is human just like all of us and loves food like everyone else. She eats in moderation and that’s her secret from not binge eating and putting on a ton of weight.

3. She drinks lots of water and tea

Harness your natural glow and stay hydrated every second of the day, and that means drinking lots of water and tea.

Water makes your skin glow, keeps your joints lubricated and makes you an all around healthier person as a result.

One of her biggest secrets to keeping a toned body is being consistent and not caring about fad workouts.

She follows her own advice of being active and busy as much as possible, whether it’s a 20-30 minute home workout or running with friends.

Kendall is a master at keeping her core flawless and does anything core related when she does exercise.

And yes, running aids that process because she is burning fat which keeps her washboard abs looking 10/10.

10. Her favorite ways to get “fashion ready” are eating fruit, drinking tea and lots of cardio

In many interviews with Kendall Jenner, she always mentions that her diet consists mainly of fruit, cardio and tea on her fashion week.

She drinks around 12 cups of tea per day and her favorites are lemongrass and green tea.

And it makes total sense because she’s always looking perfect on the runway.

So if you need to look “fashion ready” just like Kendall, focus solely on these 3 things including lean protein for a week and you’ll be amazed at how good you look.

11. She doesn’t starve herself

Over the years Kendall Jenner has been accused of starving herself, told to eat more because she’s too skinny, every name under the sun you can think of.

She does not starve herself and if you follow her on social media, she is very down to earth, eats healthy on a daily basis, drinks lots of water and tea and ignores the haters.

Yes, she ignores the haters because they’re only coming from people who are negative and jealous, and are only out to bring her down and that’s what you’re going to experience if you reach some sort of envious body and lifestyle.

She has admitted that she treats herself ONLY 2 days a week.

This usually consists of pizza from her favorite restaurant and frozen yogurt.

13. She does weight training

Believe it or not, if you’re a girl and perform weight resistance training, you are not going to get big and bulky and Kendall Jenner is a perfect example of that.

Girls don’t have the hormones that guys have, so getting bulky is simply out of the question.

She performs heavy workouts such as deadlifts, pull ups and even squats.

So if Kendall can perform these lifts and stay incredibly small, you’re going to be the same because you don’t have as much testosterone as guys do.

14. She gets up and does crunches and sit-ups while watching TV

Her number 1 tip for people that struggle to find time to work on their midsection is to just get up and do it when they’re doing literally nothing.

So lets say you are sitting there watching TV, just think to yourself that you should be working on your midsection instead.

Do sit ups and crunches without even thinking about it, and do it for as long as you can.

Before you know it you would’ve performed a full-blown ab workout instead of watching TV and doing nothing, and you’ll feel so good about yourself.
